INDIANAPOLIS – The National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) is pleased to share that the Respecting the First Amendment on Campus Act has been introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives.

“NPC thanks Chair Virginia Foxx for her leadership in championing the freedom of association rights of students and organizations. Now more than ever, amid instances of broad overreach, our member organizations and student members need greater protection. We strongly support the House Education and Workforce Committee in their efforts to introduce legislation to address this important topic.”
