50 Alumnae Panhellenic Associations Recognized with Citation of Merit and Programming Excellence Awards

INDIANAPOLIS — The National Panhellenic Conference (NPC), one of the largest advocacy and support organizations for women, is pleased to announce the Alumnae Panhellenic Association recipients of the Citation of Merit and Programming Excellence awards for 2019-20.

NPC annually recognizes Alumnae Panhellenic Associations for their outstanding achievements. NPC area coordinators who work directly with Alumnae Panhellenics evaluate the Alumnae Panhellenics and nominate them for awards based on their programming accomplishments, work to build positive relationships with their communities, efforts to promote the sorority experience, submission of the Alumnae Panhellenic annual report and continued administration of their Alumnae Panhellenic.

“Alumnae Panhellenics play a pivotal role in advancing the sorority experience,” said Linda Purkapile, 2018-20 NPC Alumnae Panhellenics Committee chairman. “And, despite the challenges presented to Panhellenic operations from the global pandemic, their activities in 2019-20, whether delivered in person or virtually, helped to promote the lifelong benefits of sorority membership and enhance the Panhellenic image. We are proud to recognize these Alumnae Panhellenics and their members who have demonstrated hard work and dedication to being ambassadors for the sorority experience.”
