NPC Recognizes More Than 75 Alumnae Panhellenics With Awards for 2021-22

By August 30, 2022November 19th, 2022News Release

INDIANAPOLIS — The National Panhellenic Conference (NPC), the largest advocacy and support organization for women’s sorority experience, is pleased to announce that 76 Alumnae Panhellenic Associations have been recognized with the Citation of Merit and Programming Excellence awards for 2021-22.

Alumnae Panhellenic Associations are comprised of alumnae from different NPC member organizations and engage in community-based activities to promote the sorority experience. NPC annually recognizes Alumnae Panhellenics for their outstanding achievements. NPC area coordinators, who work directly with Alumnae Panhellenics, evaluate the Alumnae Panhellenics and nominate them for awards based on their programming accomplishments, work to build positive relationships with their communities, efforts to promote the sorority experience, submission of the Alumnae Panhellenic annual report and continued administration of their Alumnae Panhellenic.

“While the COVID-19 pandemic has continued to impact so many facets of our daily lives, Alumnae Panhellenic Associations have also continued to play an important role in the lives of their members and communities,” said Donna Larson, 2020-22 Alumnae Panhellenics Committee chair. “Our Alumnae Panhellenics have been very creative in their activities—whether delivered in person or virtually—and they’ve found new ways to enjoy each other’s company and promote the lifelong benefits of sorority membership. We recognize them for their resiliency and achievements, and we’re honored to celebrate these 76 Alumnae Panhellenics and their members for their outstanding work and dedication to the sorority experience.”

The 2021-22 award recipients are:
