NPC Recognizes Jennifer Miranda-Stout as the 2023 Outstanding Panhellenic Advisor 2023 Outstanding Panhellenic Advisor

INDIANAPOLIS – The National Panhellenic Conference (NPC), the umbrella group for 26 inter/national women’s only social sororities and one of the largest organizations advocating for women, recognizes Jennifer Miranda-Stout, former associate director of fraternity and sorority life at the University of North Florida, as the 2023 Outstanding Panhellenic Advisor.

At the time of nomination, Jennifer Miranda-Stout served at the University of North Florida, where she was the Panhellenic advisor for eight years. She is an Alpha Delta Pi member and recently transitioned from her campus role to one at the Alpha Delta Pi Inter/National Office, serving as a Volunteer Engagement Specialist.

“By maintaining high standards and fostering a culture of accountability, Jennifer has played a pivotal role in molding strong community members and future leaders,” said Dani Weatherford, chief executive officer for NPC. “Her dedication to elevating student voices and creating meaningful connections has been instrumental in enhancing the university experience for all members of the sorority community at the University of North Florida.”

In their nomination, Jennifer’s students shared, “Jen Miranda-Stout has continued to be our community’s biggest advocate since she stepped foot on our campus. She has encouraged our community in particular to maintain high and fine standards and to hold our members accountable for their actions, which is essential to developing strong community members and leaders.”

According to her NPC College Panhellenic area advisor, “Jen has been the best communicator. She strives to do the right thing and to develop successful leadership.”

Miranda-Stout is an active member of the Jacksonville Alumnae Panhellenic and previously served in roles at Jacksonville University, the University of Arkansas and Western Carolina University. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a master’s in education from Western Carolina University. Miranda-Stout will be honored as part of the NPC Annual Conference in Dallas-Fort Worth on October 19-21, 2023.
