National Panhellenic Conference Foundation 2024 Scholarship Recipients Announced

INDIANAPOLIS– The National Panhellenic Conference Foundation (NPC Foundation) today announced the recipients of its scholarship grants for 2024. The NPC Foundation awarded scholarships to 12 sorority women to help offset their undergraduate or graduate education costs.

Alpha Phi/Betty Mullins Jones Scholarship
Katie Hettel, Alpha Xi Delta, is the recipient of the Alpha Phi/Betty Mullins Jones Scholarship, established by the Alpha Phi Foundation to honor Betty Mullins Jones’ commitment to the National Panhellenic Conference. This $1,000 scholarship is awarded annually to a collegiate Panhellenic woman who has worked to further her fraternal community’s reputation on campus and embodies the values of sisterhood, philanthropy and scholarship.

Carole Jurenko Jones Scholarship
Marina Kirillovich, Delta Gamma, is in a combined undergraduate and doctor of medicine (MD) program and is the recipient of the Carole Jurenko Jones Scholarship. This scholarship was established by Alpha Omicron Pi and honors Carole Jones’ commitment to the National Panhellenic Conference, including serving as the 2017-21 NPC chair. This $1,000 scholarship is awarded annually to a collegiate member in good standing of a Panhellenic organization who has served in a chapter or Panhellenic leadership role.

Mary Louise Roller Scholarship
Savannah Brown, Delta Zeta, has been accepted to attend Winthrop University to pursue MS/SSP in School Psychology and is the recipient of the Mary Louise Roller Scholarship. This scholarship was initially funded by a grant from Alpha Omicron Pi in honor of Mrs. Roller’s 33-year tenure on Alpha Omicron Pi’s Panhellenic Delegation. This $1,000 scholarship is awarded to an undergraduate woman who plans to attend graduate school the following fall.

Sigma Kappa Courage and Conviction Scholarship
Nina Prudhomme, Alpha Delta Pi, has been accepted to Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and is the recipient of this scholarship. Sigma Kappa funded the Sigma Kappa Courage and Conviction Scholarship in honor of Donna Crain King’s service as 2015-17 NPC chair. This $1,000 scholarship is awarded to a collegiate or alumna member in good standing of a Panhellenic organization who has achieved a minimum 3.0 GPA, displayed significant service or contributions to her chapter, university or community at large, and demonstrated noteworthy “courage and conviction.”

Phoenix Panhellenic Association Centennial Scholarship
The Phoenix Panhellenic Association established the Phoenix Panhellenic Association (PPA) Centennial Scholarship in honor of its centennial. These scholarships are awarded annually and the preferred recipients shall be collegiate or alumnae members in good standing of a Panhellenic organization who live in or are enrolled in a college or university in Arizona. The recipients are as follows:

  • Sofia Campaguolo, Kappa Alpha Theta, Arizona State University ’26
  • Ella Frank, Chi Omega, University of Arizona ’25
  • Mckenzie Hebert, Delta Zeta, Arizona State University ’26
  • Katelin Kilmer, Pi Beta Phi, Arizona State University, ’27
  • Megan McKee, Pi Beta Phi, University of Arizona ’26
  • Haven McKernan, Alpha Chi Omega, Arizona State University, ’27
  • Megan Moriarty, Alpha Delta Pi, Arizona State University ’26
  • Sierra Poore, Alpha Delta Pi, Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law
