Dear friends,
Welcome to the NPC Annual Conference and welcome to the Embassy Suites Plainfield! We are pleased to be together again to join in conversation and camaraderie.
The NPC Annual Conference provides a unique opportunity for us to come together, share our experiences, learn from one another and strengthen the bonds that unite us. This event embodies the spirit of sisterhood that has always been at the heart of sorority. During our time together, we’ll meet in large sessions for shared learning and insights from industry experts. You’ll have the opportunity for small-group breakout sessions to discuss topics of particular interest to your peers.
We also invite you to spend time with our partners to learn more about their products and services that support the sorority experience. Putting on an event like this is no small task. We appreciate the year-round support of the NPC Foundation, whose mission is to support the Conference’s initiatives, including events like this. During your time here, you’ll have the opportunity to purchase sunflower stickers to celebrate and honor Panhellenic friendships, with proceeds benefiting the Foundation’s Spirit Fund, which provides the necessary support to sustain this mission.
We have also received support from many partners for this event. In addition to our session, meal and reception partners, please join us in thanking Popcam for serving as our official Annual Conference photographer and Delta Zeta for providing member organization flags.
As we begin this year’s gathering, we hope you will continue to build upon the Panhellenic spirit that is so fundamental to our Conference and collective work. This is an opportunity to meet new and reunite with treasured friends and we encourage you to take full advantage of those occasions for conversation and reunion.

Hotel
Welcome to the Embassy Suites Plainfield! Sessions will be held in a variety of locations throughout our time together. Please refer to the program and hotel map.
There will be a complimentary breakfast provided by the hotel. Breakfast is available from 6:30 – 9:30 a.m. Monday through Friday and 7:30 – 10:30 a.m. Saturday and Sunday.
