College Panhellenic Academy

College Panhellenic Academy is NPC’s flagship educational program designed to equip College Panhellenic officers and advisors with the most up-to-date Panhellenic knowledge and reaffirms their commitment to NPC standards and values through interaction with energetic keynote speakers and facilitators. Participants will also be able to expand their networks by engaging with Panhellenic leaders from other campuses.

The NPC Foundation, which underwrites educational programs for women leaders, annually provides support for College Panhellenic Academy.

2026 College Panhellenic Academy 

NPC will host 2026 College Panhellenic Academy in person at The Embassy Suites by Hilton Plainfield Indianapolis Airport on Jan. 23-24, 2026.

College Panhellenic Academy provides participants with intentional opportunities to understand overall College Panhellenic functions. Participants will gain the most up-to-date Panhellenic knowledge and reaffirm their commitment to NPC standards and values. Participants will also have an opportunity to enhance their soft skills through leadership development.

Educational Offerings at 2026 College Panhellenic Academy

The 2026 Academy experience will provide hands-on training for the following via five focused tracks:

  • Finance Track (College Panhellenic finance officers) 
    • Officers participating in this track can expect to be able to create a balanced Panhellenic budget, identify financial controls, learn and discuss different tax implications for College Panhellenics, use technology to streamline processes, create a plan for financial safety and a plan for their officer term. 
  • Marketing Track (College Panhellenic marketing officers)
    • Officers participating in this track can expect to learn how to define their audience and their different needs, how to create strategic goals for marketing the experience on their campus, how to audit and identify marketing/accessibility concerns, how to best market authentically to PNMs and how to create and execute a year-round marketing plan.
  • President Track (College Panhellenic presidents or executive officers)
    • Officers participating in this track can expect to learn how to prioritize issues facing their community, manage a team of officers, set goals, engage in root cause analysis and strategic problem solving, review and revise their College Panhellenic governing documents, navigate community conflict, advocate for their Panhellenic community to key institutional administrators and create an action plan for their term.
  • Recruitment Track (College Panhellenic recruitment officers) 
    • Officers participating in this track can expect to learn how to identify barriers in recruitment, discuss recruitment mechanics, analyze NPC recruitment policies and their impact on their College Panhellenic, address any needed changes to their recruitment rules and practice the NPC peer accountability process in preparation for any infractions that may need to be addressed throughout their term.
  • Advisor Track (Fraternity/sorority advisors)
    • The fraternity/sorority advisor track will focus on a variety of topics. Participants can expect to walk away with an enhanced knowledge of NPC practices and key information they need to know as a Panhellenic advisor. This track will discuss recruitment assessment and coaching, legal and legislative updates, data updates and research affecting the sorority experience.

Hotel Block Information

College Panhellenic Academy will take place at The Embassy Suites by Hilton Plainfield Indianapolis Airport. There is a block of rooms available on a first-come, first-serve basis at a discounted rate of $174 plus tax and fees/night. Now Closed: Scholarships for College Panhellenic Academy 2026

Scholarships are available for College Panhellenic Academy to reduce the cost of attendance or cover the cost of attendance for the College Panhellenics. 

To receive a scholarship, the College Panhellenic must be in good standing with NPC by paying the previous year’s (2024-25) College Panhellenic dues, this year’s College Panhellenic dues by Oct. 1, 2025, and have completed the 2024-25 annual reports on FS Central.

The deadline to apply for a College Panhellenic Academy scholarship is Oct. 5, 2025. Recipients will be notified in late October/early November. 

2025 College Panhellenic Academy: A Look Back

NPC hosted College Panhellenic Academy in person at The Embassy Suites by Hilton Plainfield Indianapolis Airport on Jan. 24-25, 2025.  Over two days, Academy participants shared in intentional opportunities to understand overall College Panhellenic functions, gained Panhellenic knowledge and reaffirmed their commitment to NPC standards and values. Learning tracks included peer accountability, president, marketing, recruitment counselors and recruitment operations as well as a track for fraternity/sorority advisors.
