National Panhellenic Conference Announces 2025 Centennial Scholarship Recipients

INDIANAPOLIS – The National Panhellenic Conference (NPC), the umbrella organization for 26 inter/national sororities, has announced the recipients of the third annual Centennial Scholarship. These scholarships were created in 2023 to help young women achieve their undergraduate education more affordably.

“NPC has a rich history of working to make higher education more affordable for women,” shared Dani Weatherford, NPC chief executive officer. “The NPC Centennial Scholarships are yet another initiative to improve college access.”

To be eligible, applicants had to be current high school seniors with plans to attend an undergraduate university in the fall of 2025. They also had to submit a resume, a letter of recommendation and a short essay about their experiences with service and leadership in women’s-only organizations.

Ten scholarships were awarded in the amount of $2,000 each based on academic pursuits and extracurricular/community involvement. 

The 2025 Centennial Scholarship recipients are:

  • Jessie Baxter, Jupiter, FL, University of Texas-Austin 
  • Arlene Chang, Irvine, CA, Carnegie Mellon University
  • Elijana (Ella) Dabezic, Naperville, IL, University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign
  • Constantina Drossos, Chicago, IL, Boston College
  • Emily Goodman, Hudson, OH, Case Western University
  • Sophia Lisboa, Sammamish, WA, University of Washington
  • Lindsay List, Englewood, CO, University of Georgia
  • Pranali Thakar, Naperville, IL, Tulane University
  • Calista Woo, Los Altos, CA, Harvard University
