Alexa Arndt︱Area Advisor Coordinator, National Panhellenic Conference
Alexa serves as a volunteer Area Advisor Coordinator for NPC; she has served as an Area Advisor since 2019. Professionally, she serves as the Project Director for a NSF grant working to address the significant challenge of hiring and retaining women and underrepresented minorities in STEM faculty positions, particularly at small rural institutions in the Appalachian region. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University (B.A.), Indiana University (M.S. Ed.), and the University of Georgia (Ph.D.). She also volunteers as a Panhellenic Coordinator for her member organization, Delta Delta Delta.

Christina Witkowicki︱Partner and Chief Learning Officer, LaunchPoint
Christina serves as the Chief Learning Officer for LaunchPoint, working with campuses and organizations to develop online education solutions to fit their needs. As a member of Alpha Xi Delta from the University of New Hampshire, Christina truly believes in the vision of helping others to ‘realize their potential’. Working with fraternal organizations as a campus professional, chapter advisor, and NPC volunteer, she uses the knowledge she gains from each to inform her work in the others. She received her M.Ed in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Salem State University and her Ed.D in Higher Education Administration from the George Washington University, studying gender role norms and leadership style development in college men.
