The board consists of five directors elected by the Council of Delegates and two directors appointed in rotation by their member organizations. Each director serves for a two-year term. The NPC chair is also elected by the Council of Delegates. NPC’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) serves ex officio as the corporate secretary. For more information on roles and responsibilities, view the position descriptions: NPC director | NPC chair.
