NPC Recognizes Bridgette Wynn with the 2025 Outstanding Panhellenic Advisor Award

INDIANAPOLIS — The National Panhellenic Conference (NPC), the umbrella for 26 inter/national sororities, recognizes Bridgette Wynn, coordinator of fraternity/sorority life at Arizona State University, as the 2025 Outstanding Panhellenic Advisor. The award was established more than 20 years ago by Alpha Chi Omega.

Wynn has served as the Panhellenic advisor at Arizona State University for the past eight years, where she works closely with College Panhellenic and chapter leaders. She is a member of Phi Mu Fraternity, for which she has previously volunteered to serve as an area membership director and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Working Group member. Wynn continues to volunteer and currently serves as an Alcohol Skills Training Program facilitator and Area Panhellenic Specialist.

“We are excited to honor Bridgette Wynn this year,” said Dani Weatherford, chief executive officer for NPC. “Her dedication to partnering with NPC to advance the College Panhellenic experience, as well as elevating student voices and creating meaningful change at ASU, is a great example of what it means to be an outstanding advisor.”

In their nomination, Wynn’s peers, supervisors and students shared she, “continuously drives positive change within the sorority community by listening, evolving and leading with intention. She adjusts structures based on student feedback, including revising the Bid Day schedule and relocating it to a more accessible venue for individuals with disabilities.”  She fosters long-term progress by facilitating meaningful officer transition activities and focusing on one-on-one time with Panhellenic officers.  The nominators added, “Her leadership has created a culture of accountability, growth and student-driven progress that will benefit our community for years.”

Bridgette is a member of the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors (AFA) and the NPC Panhellenic Recruitment Committee, as well as serving in similar roles for several member organizations. She has previously served in roles at Central Michigan University and as an educator with the Parallel Agency. She has a bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University and a master’s in education from Florida International University.

Bridgette Wynn will be formally honored during the 2025 NPC Annual Conference, October 23-25, in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Outstanding Panhellenic Advisor Award is a biennial award sponsored by Alpha Chi Omega.
