Julie Fletcher Mincey︱Director of Growth and Panhellenic Recruitment, National Panhellenic Conference

Julie Fletcher Mincey, M.Ed., is Director of Growth and Panhellenic Recruitment for the National Panhellenic Conference and a Ph.D. student in Higher Education at Azusa Pacific University in Southern California. She leads initiatives across 570 campuses, supporting over 342,000 undergraduate women. Prior to joining NPC staff, she served as the Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life at Samford University.

Julie’s passion for empowering students shines through her teaching, mentoring and coaching work. A proud member of Phi Mu Fraternity, she draws on her personal and professional experiences to help others thrive. When not working, Julie enjoys life in Birmingham, Alabama, with her husband and their lively twin toddlers, who ensure there’s never a dull moment.

Caitlin Moulton-Towle︱Learning and Development Specialist, ADVISA

Caitlin works as a facilitator and trainer for ADVISA, a consulting firm focused on leadership and culture development for a range of industries, companies, and organizations. She spends her time helping leaders at all levels grow skills and strategies to turn their w0rk culture into a competitive advantage. Prior to joining ADVISA, Caitlin spent over a decade working in sorority life at the National Panhellenic Conference and Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity – and boasts traveling to over 60 colleges and universities as well as managing the ZTA Leadership Consultant team for over six years.

Caitlin graduated from Auburn University (War Eagle!) and lives in Noblesville, Indiana with her husband and daughter, along with their dog. She continues to stay engaged in sorority work by volunteering with the little time she has outside of work and parenting a silly and delightful toddler.
