College Panhellenic Academy is an NPC program designed to equip College Panhellenic officers and advisors with the most up-to-date Panhellenic knowledge, helping to ensure the success of College Panhellenics throughout the U.S. and Canada. Academy provides the opportunity for hands-on training with NPC representatives, allowing attendees to refocus their commitment to NPC values and in turn, shape their sorority communities.
Regional conference academies
NPC, the North-American Interfraternity Conference (NIC) and three regional interfraternal leadership programs are continuing to partner together to bring council officer training to students in 2018. College Panhellenic Academy curriculum will be facilitated at three conferences — AFLV Central, NGLA and AFLV West.
- The curriculum will take a deep dive into officer-specific training for eight tracks: president, recruitment, judicial, secretary/treasurer, communications/public relations, scholarship, diversity/inclusion and service/philanthropy.
- Campuses interested in this program will sign-up to participate as part of the registration of the respective regional conference they will be attending.
