NPC Leadership

The National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) is made up of 26 women’s-only inter/national member organizations that work together to advance the sorority experience. The NPC Board of Directors sets the strategic direction for the Conference.

The Council of Delegates, which includes a representative from each of the 26 NPC member organizations, meets at least twice annually to reaffirm and/or approve NPC Unanimous Agreements and policies and biennially elects the Board of Directors (five elected positions) and the chair.

NPC staff members are charged with daily operational support to help carry out the NPC purpose, mission and vision. The work of the Conference is also supported by a large network of volunteers, including a committee structure that addresses areas of common concern. Those areas include Alumnae Panhellenics, College Panhellenics, Panhellenic Extension, Panhellenic Judicial Appeals, New College Panhellenics, Panhellenic Recruitment and Panhellenic Release Figure Methodology (RFM), among others.
